You maybe wondering how I got to be where I am - well, here is the story…

I used to talk to spirits when I was little. One time I even tried to rely on the spirits to take my history exam for me and I failed miserably. The little spirit that gave me answers for my exam didn’t go to school either. He transitioned (died) at age 2, and he thought it was fun to guess the answers! Later, when I saw the movie “The Exorcist” in the 70's, I became a bit frightened to continue talking to spirits, although I never lost the ability.

Professionally, I worked as a certified personal trainer from 1991 thru 2002 in various settings. I have had numerous personal training certifications, one of them being RTSM (Resistance Training Specialist Master). You can still find my name on their website in the list of people who completed the mastery program.

I had thought my only purpose of completing RTSM program was to master my understanding of biomechanics. What I didn’t know was that the program opened up a door to a whole different reality for me.

My curiosity in human kinesiology (physical movement) brought me into the Muscle Activation Techniques program. MAT is a kinesiology (muscle testing) program which views muscle dysfunction as the cause of structural misalignment and physical pain. MAT focuses on restoring muscular firing patterns using manual palpation techniques. While working as a MAT therapist for a Chiropractor/Applied Kinesiologist in Raleigh, I found some limitations of the program and proceeded to take classes in other kinesiology programs including Touch For Health Kinesiology (TFH), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Professional Kinesiology Practice (PKP).

The combination of the various kinesiology programs taught me how food, supplements, and emotions correlate to our muscular and energy imbalances. It was at this point that my mostly unused intuitive abilities really kicked into high gear and I had a spiritual awakening. Starting in 2002 my intuition began to develop to such a large degree that I was able to access information about client’s state of emotion and energy. I was also blessed with the ability to access the Akashic records (the recorded history of the Universe). Many Ascended Masters and Higher Spirits have helped me in the understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection and how our mind manifests our health. Through their help, I developed many unique energy healing techniques.

I am capable of channeling 100% of all healing frequencies. For example, Reiki accounts for approximately 15% of all healing energy, since each modality shares a portion of the entire span of frequencies.

After three years of constant dialogue with the Higher Consciousness, I have gained information and insights that may not be widely known. Some of this information is published in my blog.

The Universe, in response to my intent, continues to bring me events that evoke my spiritual growth and wisdom. I understand my personal consciousness transformation has a direct relationship to the collective consciousness of humanity. I also understand the importance of being a clear channel so the reading, counseling, and healing is of Highest Source. The Universe creates miracles everyday through my work. I am grateful that I can be of service.
